Dear Hardaway Friends and Family:
We live in an information age and being able to provide as much information as possible is of the utmost importance. It is for this reason I am pleased to announce Hardaway Happenings, a newsletter for Hardaway friends and family.
Last school year one of our English teachers, Mrs. Wendi Jenkins, and our PTA produced a PTA newsletter for the purpose of communicating vital information to the parents, faculty, and friends of Hardaway High School. After the newsletter’s initial release, I heard only positive feedback from both parents and alumni. Because of this initiative, we wanted to incorporate the PTA newsletter into a school newsletter produced by our own Hawk Talk newspaper staff. Mrs. Patsy Hale, our newspaper sponsor, will serve as executive editor, while Spencer Howard, Hawk Talk editor, will actually produce the newsletter.
The newsletter will be generated bimonthly. Over the course of the school year, you will receive five issues. We hope you will enjoy the up-to-date information about the latest happenings at Hardaway High School. We are also looking for your input about our newsletter.
